From Anthropomorphism to How to Be Human in the Age of AI

What if learning to fail on purpose was the exact thing that finally sets you free? And in a time when so much of life is planned, polished, and posted, what does it mean to improvise?

On this episode of The Imagine Podcast, Jenn sits down with Dr. Justin Gregg—scientist, best-selling author, improv facilitator, punk musician, and voice actor—to explore how Improv changes us from the inside out. Gregg explains Improv’s five powerful capacities—yes-and thinking, comfort with failure, uninhibition, real-world social confidence, and deep listening—and why these skills matter in an age of AI, anxiety, and curated online selves.

From dolphins and AI to hamsters, budgies, and packed family care, this funny and tender conversation might just nudge you to get on stage, or into your next brave  conversation.

Hope, Courage and Astrology in Dangerous Times

What if your soul chose this exact moment in history?
And what if hope isn’t a mood, but a daily spiritual practice?

Intuitive astrologer and author Deborah Young joins host Jenn Grant to explore how astrology, past lives, and intuition can help us stay hopeful and brave in a time of global upheaval.

They talk Pluto in Aquarius, the North and South Nodes as an “axis of destiny,” family karma, dream visitations, and climate anxiety—woven throughout with stories from Jenn’s own life of albums, in vitro fertilization (IVF), grief, and motherhood.

A heart-centered, grounding conversation for anyone trying to keep their spirit alive and keep kindness at the forefront in these dangerous times.
